1. How can I speed up my architectural rendering workflow?
By purchasing our assets, you are helping to build your render.
This is the stage of the rendering creation process where designers using Revit, ArchiCAD, and Vectorworks typically spend the most time.
Simply choose the assets that best meet your needs and apply them to your project; they come pre-configured.
2. How can I prevent D5 Render from slowing down with high-poly models?
Some best practices include:
- Organizing the project into "layers";
- Using "smooth display" mode while building the scene if it is large and complex. Switch to "precise display" once you finish building and are checking your views;
- In the "Preferences" menu under "Rendering," keep the LOD option enabled and configure the "Cull Distance" (if you reduce it during the build phase, remember to increase it again before generating the final render);
- Ensure that high-poly elements—such as characters, organic models, and vegetation—are used only when close to the camera. Use low-poly models for distant shots.
3. How do I install assets from the store?
You have two options:
- Download and import them one by one (as .d5a or .d5m files) into your project and manually add them to your local library.

4. How can I save money when purchasing assets from the store?

5. I need a specific asset for my project, but I can't find it here or in external libraries. Can you help?
We suggest purchasing the Premium Content package.
In addition to including the store's most comprehensive asset repository, it gives you access to support from the creator.
There is a good chance the creator can provide the asset to you there.
